Light yellow. Fresh apple and pear on the nose, with treble notes of spicy quinine and white pepper. Sharply focused, pure orchard fruit flavors display good energy, with a snappy mineral quality on the back. A pretty, finely etched wine with plenty of verve. This would make an ideal aperitif or companion to light salads or shellfish.

Ruby-red. Spicy redcurrant and raspberry aromas suggest that there's more than 25% grenache at play. Explosively fruity, with strong red berry flavors verging on jammy but saved by late-arriving minerality. Expands and deepens on the finish, picking up darker berry and cherry qualities, with gently chewy texture and good length.
